A 5-bedroom villa in Pollença with a private 15 m heated pool
Villa Esquina is our family villa in La Font, a quiet part of Pollença at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and sleeps up to ten. The back garden is built around a 15-metre saltwater pool that is yours alone for the week, long enough for the children to swim lengths while the adults still get a corner to themselves.
It works best for a big family, or two families travelling together, who want space to spread out without giving up the walk into town.

The pool
The pool is 15 metres long and saltwater, and it has an electric cover, so it's easy to close up when you go out.
Heating is optional. If you're coming early or late in the season, or you just like your water warm, add pool heating to your stay for £450 a week. Mention it when you enquire and we'll include it in your quote.

Around the pool there are ten sun loungers. In the south-east corner of the garden, under tropical planting, is a Bali bed and a hammock: the best spot in the afternoon, and where you'll want to be when the sun goes down over the mountains.

Bedrooms and sleeping
Every bedroom has blackout blinds, mosquito nets and built-in storage, and its own bathroom.
Downstairs
- Bedroom 1 (master): super king bed. En-suite with twin basins, walk-in shower and a separate bath. Safe in the wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined into a double. Bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined, large balcony, en-suite with bath and shower.
- Bedroom 4 (second master): super king bed, balcony over the garden and pool, en-suite with walk-in shower. Safe in the wardrobe.
- Bedroom 5: super king bed, en-suite with bath and shower, and what we call the "gin & tonic" balcony, with mountain views.
[CHECK: confirm the bed count and sizes – the amenities list says "Double Beds x 3" and "Single Beds x 4", the room list says three super kings and two twin rooms. Pick one wording and use it everywhere.]
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, and two bedrooms (1 and 2) are downstairs.

Where it is
Villa Esquina is at Cami de la Font 53, in La Font, Pollença. It's around a 20–25 minute walk to the old town and the Plaça Major, and a 15-minute drive to the beach at Port de Pollença.

Book your stay
Weekly rates run from £4,259 to £10,648 depending on the time of year, and include end-of-stay cleaning and tourist taxes. Stays are Saturday to Saturday.
