About the owners

We're Andy and Sarah Evans, and Villa Esquina is our family's villa. We bought the house in La Font, a quiet corner of Pollença at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, at the end of October 2017, and spent the following months completely refurbishing it into the five-bedroom, five-bathroom villa it is today.

A family villa first

Our two sons, Jack and Charlie, have grown up coming here. Over the years we've immersed ourselves in Pollença's traditions, walks and restaurants, from the Sunday market in Plaça Major to the coves at Cala Sant Vicenç. A lot of what we've found is in our blog and our free Pollença guide.

Why we look after it ourselves

When you book directly, you deal with us, not a call centre. We know the house, the pool and the area, and we answer questions ourselves, whether that's about the beds, pool heating, a cot or the walk into town. A villa manager welcomes you on arrival and is on hand during your stay.
