Villa Esquina was everything we wanted and more. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need, it’s walking distance to the old town (even my 5yr old walked in and out without complaining) and is so well kept and clean. Our large family stayed here and there was more than enough space. We had a lovely bbq night here too with a very large extended family group and it never felt small. I never write reviews, but if you are considering staying here you will not regret it. It is impossible to beat.

We have just returned from 1 week in Villa Esquina and what’s not to love. 4 couples, lifelong friends (40 years+!!), fun and laughter, more memories made in the most spectacular setting. The villa is amazing. The setting is perfect and lounging in the pool looking at the most spectacular backdrop is breathtaking. 5 bedrooms (4 en-suite) all beautifully appointed, lots of tastefully decorated living spaces, and a wonderful terrace where we spent most evenings. A kitchen that had everything…. If you like to cook….good job one of my friends does!!!! It was idyllic. There is something for everyone, old and young… pool, basketball, goals, pool table, games, quiet spaces…or my favourite pastime lounging by the pool in the glorious sunshine. We also barbecued one evening. Our hosts Sarah and Pablo were fabulous. Pablo showed us the ropes and was on the end of the WhatsApp if we needed anything. You could walk to the old town on Pollenca…. Which is beautiful. It’s also a good base for exploring other parts of beautiful Majorca. All in all we had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat 😊

We spent a week in this fabulous villa on an extended family holiday with grandparents and my sister as well as our two young children. The house has a huge amount of space. All of the bedroom as very large with modern bathrooms. The downstairs has ample space for people to relax or do some work whilst the kitchen is so well equipped you can cook up a feast. The main highlight though has to be the outside space. The pool is incredible. We were there in late August so didn’t need the pool heating. It is big enough for kids to splash around and for adults to swim in too. There is loads of comfy sun loungers as well several other seating areas (the egg and the cabana were big hits!). We loved playing table tennis, football and basketball in the dedicated spaces. We will certainly be back!

An amazing week spent at Villa Esquina which has absolutely everything you need from the kitchen to the games room. Every detail has been thought of which makes a very relaxing holiday.

Communication was amazing all the way through and especially when we were in the villa, Sarah was amazing and dealt with our requests promptly and efficiently.

Would not hesitate to rebook again, the whole family enjoyed it thoroughly.

What a fabulous villa. Beautiful decor, lovely space, pool was large, immaculate and the perfect temperature. The kitchen was so well stocked, we played a game trying to find something that wasn’t provided. The host was so responsive and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was as we needed it. Safe, secure, perfect location and ideal for a family holiday. The only downside was we had to leave…but we will be back!

We have just returned from a wonderful week with our family at this beautiful villa. Everything we could possibly need had been thoughtfully provided, from toys for our grand daughter to beach towels for the whole group. The house is beautifully presented and extremely comfortable with enough space for our large group to spend time together and have fun in the amazing pool (large enough to actually swim in).The kitchen is extremely well stocked with every dish and piece of equipment you could need and the outside BBQ area meant meal times were easy and fun! The location was perfect, quiet without being isolated and an easy walk into Pollensa. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Esquina as a base for a wonderful holiday. Thank you to Sarah and Emma for being wonderful hosts.

Just Stunning…..We’ve just returned from a two week stay in the fabulous Villa Esquina and immediately booked for 2 weeks next year. The Villa is set in such an exquisite setting, very peaceful and a 15 minute walk onto the old town . The Villa itself is very comfortable and furnished to a very high standard, our welcome hamper was fabulous,the outside garden furniture is also very comfortable and pool was heated to 27 degrees, our 2 girls just loved the pool and the size of it made it fun to play in with all the family.Emma is a great villa manager and excellent on local knowledge, nothing is too much for her. We can’t wait to return… Our thanks must also go to Sarah and her family for letting out such a fabulous place All the best Wayne & Family

Villa Esquina is a beautiful property, exceptionally well organised and well equipped for larger families or groups of friends. It is even better than it looks in the photos! And feels very homely.

The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much every utensil you may need but the villa is within easy walking distance of both Pollença town (approx 20mins) and a local Brasserie which is very good.

At the villa there are plenty of places for people to find their own space in addition to large communal areas next to the pool. We had the pool heated (an optional extra) and it was perfect for our autumnal morning swims, the grounds are well tended with regular visit from both the gardener and pool maintenance people.

There is a local illa manager who can assist with any issues or queries

We had a superb 2 weeks at Villa Esquina! The villa is absolutely beautiful, modern and stylish and so spacious inside and out. The setting is dramatically beautiful with the mountains surrounding it. It was a real home away from home for us, with a kitchen obviously equipped by a family who like to cook (little things like plentiful tupperware and clippits were great, as well as mixers, juicers etc). An idyllic fortnight; we would definitely love to come back!

Villa Esquina is the most heavenly place and by far the best villa we've stayed in anywhere. A family of 8 (6 x 30-35 year olds, 2 x 70-74 year olds plus one beloved baby granddaughter), the house and garden are very well thought out with spaces to be alone or all together with a stylish, large kitchen/dining/sitting room and a smaller but cosy pool table/TV/sound etc room attached. Outside there are really nice, manoeuvrable sun loungers, comfortable basket armchairs and a sofa surrounding the beautiful, large, crystal clear pool; and the garden has a number of more private places to relax e.g. a double hammock, two person recliner and a suspended "egg" basket. The table tennis was a very popular extra, too in the evenings. Inside the bedrooms are all very comfortable and the bathrooms well equipped with a rainfall and handheld shower. Bedlinen is good quality and there are plenty of electric sockets. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we've ever had with lots of electrical equipment, plenty of glasses, plates, mugs, cutlery etc. so there was no scrabbling around to find something just before lunch!; the fridges are large and capacious. As one of our party's a caterer, one a chef and all keen cooks, this was most welcome! The estate surrounding the villa is quiet but only 5 minutes away from good local supermarkets. And of course the delightful Port de Pollenca is a very short drive away and a 20 minute walk. There's a superb food market held in Pollenca itself on Sunday mornings, with a stroll round this beautiful town essential; ditto Palma old town which is very pretty and houses lots of cafes serving outstanding pastries and coffee. The more energetic in our group took an early morning hike up one of the steeper outcrops of rocks at Cala Marta followed by a glorious swim and snorkelling in the clear sea water at a beach down a pretty forest track. Best not to take food there though as local goats are pretty insistent on joining visitors for lunch! Lastly, the absolutely best thing about the villa was the superb and efficient service provided by Sarah and Emma: within nano seconds of my raising queries online, full and intelligent answers were given; our party all arriving at different times was not an issue at all; and once there, we could not believe the immediacy with which our questions were answered. They are both approachable and friendly with real can-do attitudes: and this cements Villa Esquina firmly as an outstanding villa and one at the top of its class. We'd all LOVE to visit it and Mallorca again.

Spectacular setting and very modern comfortable villa. Nestled nicely away at the back of the town it gives you the option to have a sleep easy night or head into town for dinner and drinks.

Lots of things to do inside the villa too if you manage to get a rare rainy few days like us.

Simply the best villa we have ever stayed in. The villa is beautifully decorated and in a great location. The attention to detail is next to none. The owners and villa manager are very responsive and great to deal with, we will be back.

Our family (6 adults and 3 children) very much enjoyed our holiday week in a fantastic well-equipped house in all aspect. A lovely garden with a large terrace and a very nice and well-maintained pool. The cleaning and the quality of all the equipment both in and outside met the highest possible standard. We warmly recommend this wonderful place which in walking distance from a lovely town that has some nice restaurants and shops.

We all agreed that Villa Esquina was one of the finest we have stayed in, to date. We loved the generosity of the place - lots of cutlery, crockery, mugs and glasses (and they all matched - not always the case!) - lovely big bedrooms with large beds and spacious living quarters. We also appreciated the private places where it was easy to escape for a quiet read if that's what was wanted - the balconies, the egg chair, the hammock etc.

The outdoor space and pool were gorgeous too and we made good use of them. We had a truly wonderful time and enjoyed the villa very much. It is great to be within walking distance of the town but in such a beautiful and tranquil area.

Hi Andy & Sarah, just a quick one to say we had the best week in Villa Esquine. It was perfect and such a great place for a family getaway. The area is also great, just great authentic Balearic vibes. Great range of restaurants and shops although we had to tear ourselves away from chilling in the beautiful gardens and pool at the villa most days. Definitely be back at some point! Exceptional villa for a family holiday! We loved our weeks stay - Emma and Sarah were brilliant hosts and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfy beds, beautiful pool/outdoor space, toys and games for children, and very close to Pollensa old town. Would recommend to anyone!

Villa Esquina is simply beautiful. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay here. Emma was there to welcome us into the villa and was on hand with any questions we had during our stay. We hired the local Chefs, recommended in the villa handbook and they were totally fabulous! Will definitely be going back in the future.

This is a gem of a place and one we would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting a stunning home in Mallorca.

Spacious and beautifully appointed kitchen and living area and bedrooms. Great collection of children's' games, snooker, ping pong etc. etc.! Lovely outside terrace and large swimming and pool area.... Beautiful location. The staff were very quick to sort out a couple of problems and could not have been more helpful and agreeable. Altogether a delightful place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at La Font 53 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa has been sympathetically refurbished, the interior is lovely and the quality of the finish is superb. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed and more. The surrounding neighbourhood is absolutely stunning, the road leading to the house is lined with mature trees and Mediterranean plants.

Every morning we would get up early and drive to Cala San Vicente (10 minutes away) for a morning swim before returning for breakfast.

Wonderful last-minute booking for a family of 10. Sarah was most helpful and gave us regular updates on the experiences of her friends and family, which were both reassuring and encouraging.

Villa Esquina has everything one could want for a 'home from home' experience, from the tasteful decor, extremely comfortable beds and quality linens, to a superbly equipped kitchen, along with high-end appliances, a vast fridge and freezer space we had everything we needed.

There was even a Nespresso coffee machine, for which we took our own capsules, The outside space is a great size and was enjoyed by a mixture of young adults - making full use of the vast array of sports and games on offer, to the more sedate among us, who enjoyed the garden seating and comfortable sun loungers.. The pool size was perfect for a large group, and sufficiently long to get a decent swim in.

The bedrooms all have a private bathroom and we found it hard to pinpoint the 'master' it was a pleasant surprise not to have a compromise among our guests.

The welcome pack was superb and one of the best I have ever had, we particularly enjoyed the Rose wine and the little touches like fresh flowers in the kitchen and Elemis products in the bathrooms.

La Font is a very quiet part of Pollenca, within easy walking distance to the old town and we didn't hire a car for the whole week, choosing the local taxis to get us where ever we wanted to go. There is so much to do and see and a week was not long enough!

I cannot recommend the Villa highly enough and would not hesitate to return it one day.

We had THE BEST time at Villa Esquina! I couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return it one day. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need to enjoy time inside and outside of the villa. It was so lovely to stay in the villa where the interiors were so beautiful and well thought out which meant it was a great space for the children to be when it was a bit too hot outside and an enjoyable space to prepare meals etc. A real (luxury) home from home.

The pool and surrounding area were fantastic and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Plenty of space for cars on the driveway and the villa felt very private and secure. We were a group of 6 adults with 4 children (4,2,1 and 6 months) and we were able to walk into Pollensa town with the prams and the 4yr old just about managed it with some shoulder rides! Sarah, the owner was so lovely to deal with. Thank you!

Despite the foul weather, had a great 10 days, because the Villa is so well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and managed some great walks between the storms.

Scrummy food and chilled rose, endless Rummikub to play, and basketball from dawn to dusk, took the pain of wearing a mask away.

Getting 'Jack-ed up' at the start of each day. Captain Andy took us around the bay.

Swimming with fishes in Azure Sea, then home, again for a cup of tea.

So much to explore in this wonderful place, plus time to chill and slow the pace.
