Why book Villa Esquina direct with the owners

Villa Esquina is our family's villa. When you book through this website, you're dealing with us – Andy and Sarah Evans – not a call centre. We know the house, the pool and the area, and we'll answer your questions ourselves.

What you get when you book direct

You talk to the owners. Questions about the beds, the pool, the cot or the walk into town go straight to the people who know.
A price agreed with you, personally. We confirm availability, the price and the terms with you before anything is paid.
Clear pricing. Weekly rates include end-of-stay cleaning and local tourist taxes.
Flexibility where we can. Stays are Saturday to Saturday, but outside peak season we may be able to look at other dates.
Extras sorted in advance. Pool heating (£450 a week), mid-stay cleans and private chef recommendations can be arranged when you book.

How booking works

Send an enquiry with your dates and the number of guests (up to 10).
We reply personally with availability and a price, including pool heating if you'd like it.

Before you arrive, we'll send you everything you need for your stay.
On arrival, our villa manager welcomes you and is on hand during your stay.

There's no instant booking and no dates are held until we've agreed them with you.

Rates

Weekly rates run from £4,259 to £10,648, depending on the season. They include end-of-stay cleaning and local tourist taxes, and villa heating off-peak.

Questions people ask

How many people can stay? Up to 10 guests in total.

What day do stays start? Saturday to Saturday. Outside peak season we may be able to be flexible.

Is there a damage deposit? [CHECK: deposit amount and refund process for direct bookings – £1,000 applies to Airbnb guests]

Is the pool heated? Pool heating is optional, at £450 a week. Let us know when you enquire.

Is the villa licensed? Yes. Villa Esquina's tourist rental licence number is ETV 00542.

What do we need to bring for check-in? Spanish law requires every guest over 16 to show ID or a passport and sign an entry form at check-in, so bring passports for everyone.

Is it suitable for babies and toddlers? Yes. We have a highchair, changing mat, potty and cot, toddler toys on request, and baths at a baby-friendly height.
