DOWNSTAIRS
On entering, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to a bright open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, a self-contained utility room and private snug/playroom.
The kitchen, with a large island/breakfast bar, has everything you need including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freshly ground coffee maker and tons of kitchen gadgets for juicing, smoothie making etc. along with a solid wood dining table that accommodates 10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American-style fridge freezer and a separate sink/drainer.
The Snug is the hub of entertainment, with a 50" UHD 4K TV, Streaming UK TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Apple TV, local UK TV streaming channels, a Blu-ray player, tons of films, stacks of board games & puzzles (for all ages), a selection of superb books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a pool / snooker table that flips over into an air-hockey table.
Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms; Bedroom One is a large master bedroom with a super king bed, a writing table and an en-suite bathroom, with twin wash bowls, a walk-in shower, a separate bath and a heated towel rail. Bedroom Two offers two single beds, which can be joined to make a double if needed, a writing table and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
The house has high-speed fibre optic internet, so you'll enjoy connected living throughout the house and into the gardens. The villa enjoys air-conditioning and central heating throughout and whilst the area of La Font enjoys almost no crime, the house is secured by a monitored security alarm.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs leads to three more bedrooms; Bedroom Three also offers two single beds, which can be joined to make a double if needed, a large balcony with outside table & chairs and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower and heated towel rail. Bedroom Four is the second master bedroom with a super king bed with an en-suite bathroom a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and a fabulous balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the rear gardens and swimming pool. Bedroom Five also offers a super king bed, the gin & tonic balcony, overlooking the picturesque mountains, where you can sit quietly on laid-back relaxing chairs to watch the sunset. Also with an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower and heated towel rail.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom, black-out blinds, mosquito nets in the windows, and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and draws. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) have a safe mounted discreetly in the wardrobe.
OUTSIDE
The rear garden boasts a 15-meter, salt-water, heated swimming pool, large enough for kids and adults to share without feeling over-crowded, with an electric pool cover. In the South East corner, you'll find a large relaxing Bali-bed and Hammock area surrounded by exotic tropical plants, a wonderful place to chill in the afternoons and watch the sun go down over the mountains.
